Here are the travel & hotel details for the Designers Lighting Forum trip to the show. We have been able to obtain group rates & it is recommended that if you wish to join us, you contact the Sabre Agency below to register so that you can lock in your reservation. As you may know, rooms go fast so it is important to make your plans as soon as possible. We will be offering you hotels at different rates based on the location to the show grounds.

1.Travel - Delta Airlines - Depart JFK 4/5/2008 to Frankfurt Return:Frankfurt 4/10 to JFK Airfare $671.18

2.Hotels:

A.Radisson SAS: 355.00 euro / $485.00 per night double
B.Mercure Frankfurt Dreieich: 248 euro / $339.00 per night double
C.Mercure Hotel Bad Homburg Friedrichsdorf: 190 euro / $260.00 double

Please note that the hotel prices include all taxes and breakfast. There are single room rates as well that you can check with the travel agent. The Radisson is across from the exhibition grounds while the Mercure Frankfurt Dreidich is a 15 minute train ride(train station across from hotel) and the Mercure Hotel Bad Homburg Friedrichsdorf (train station is 8 minute walk) is about 25 minutes. The Mercure hotels offer free transfers from the airport to the hotel but for the Radisson you will need to take a cab which is about 15 euros.
